Laudholm Trust. In Support of Wells Reserve

Laudholm Native Plant Sale

The 2008 Plant Sale pre-order deadline has passed. Pick up is at Wells Reserve May 30 from 4 to 6 pm or May 31 from 9 am to noon.

Why Plant Native Species?

Maine natives are hardy and resilient. They have adapted well to our fickle seasons, the unpredictable weather, and the challenging land. Surrounding yourself with Maine natives makes good sense. Yes, as you plan changes and additions to your garden this spring, think first of those Maine natives. They often fit in with less fuss than plants from away.

Why Buy Native Plants from Laudholm Trust?

The Laudholm Native Plant Sale offers 40 perennials, ground covers, shrubs, and small trees native to the state, all locally sourced and all at excellent prices. Your purchases benefit the nonprofit organization that supports the research, education, and stewardship programs of the Wells Reserve.
